Regression techniques have been a mainstay of both hypnotherapy and mainstream psychology for a long time. Many people believe that their problems in the present result from traumatic past experiences, so these regressive techniques fit right in with existing belief systems.

In this program, we will explore how to regress to root cause, add resources to that initial situation, and resolve not only that situation, but also the problems in the present.  You’ll learn several techniques, the pluses and minuses of each and how to choose between techniques. 

For this program, the word 'regression' refers to the process of mentally traveling back in time to an emotionally important event. When people experience a negative emotion in a specific situation, it is often a learned response. In other words, if you’re afraid of spiders, a spider probably frightened you when you were younger. If you are uncomfortable entering a new relationship, you probably had a negative experience in a previous relationship.

Regression can help people by going back to those initial negative experiences and taking the sting out of them. That's what you'll learn to do here.
